• Mop/spot mop
• Empty trash and recycling bins that have been placed in halls

Public Area (Reception Areas, Common Areas)

• Floors: vacuumed, swept, mopped
• Trash removed

Classrooms, Auditoriums and Laboratory Facilities

• Clean chalk boards and trays
• Change lights as needed
• Floors: Remove large debris , spot-mopping/mopping

Restrooms

• Clean and disinfect stools, sinks, urinals
• Mop floors
• Clean mirrors
• Stock toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap dispensers
• Spot clean walls, partitions, fixtures
• Change lights as needed

Monday and Wednesday

• Walls, handrails and elevators will be spot cleaned

Tuesdays and Thursdays

• Classrooms, Auditoriums and Laboratory Facilities
• Trash removal
• Floors: Thoroughly sweeping, vacuuming and spot-mopping/mopping
• Spot cleaning walls
• Cleaning window glass
• Change lights as needed

Offices

• Vacuum
• Empty trash and recycling receptacles
  • Trash/recycling receptacles may be placed in the hallway, they will be emptied by the custodial staff on days other than routine cleaning
• Change lights as needed
  • Lights needing to be changed can be requested on Custodial Web Site
  • No recharge for changing lights

Conference and Staff Break Rooms

• Vacuum
• Empty trash and recycling bins
  • Trash/recycling receptacles may be placed in the hallway daily
  • Trash/recycling receptacles will be emptied by the custodial staff on days other than scheduled office cleaning
• Change lights as needed
  • Lights needing to be changed can be requested on Custodial Website
  • No recharge for changing light

Annual:

• Offices, classrooms, hallways, common areas will be stripped and/or scrubbed, or restored and finish applied once per year at no charge to the departments.
• Carpeted offices, classrooms, hallways, common areas will be shampooed once per year at no charge to the departments
